Payment Methods

You can pay with the following payment methods. Which ones are displayed to you depends on your country and device – you will see the available options at checkout.

PayPal

You will be redirected to PayPal and confirm the payment there. Afterwards, you will return to the shop.

Apple Pay

Pay with Face ID, Touch ID, or code on your Apple device. Will be displayed if your device and browser support Apple Pay.

Google Pay

Pay with the card saved in your Google account.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You enter your card details directly with the payment service provider; we do not see or store them.

When will payment be debited?

The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be debited immediately or initially reserved and collected upon shipment.

Security

Payment processing takes place via encrypted connections and through certified payment service providers. Your complete payment data is never held by us.

Currency

Billing is done in the currency displayed to you at checkout. For payments in a currency other than that of your account, your bank may charge conversion fees.

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the payment method you used. Depending on the provider, the credit may take 3 to 10 business days.
